The Festival rooms for classes and milongas are located within the hotel premise. Room names and locations will follow.

Directions

All the 2013 Chicago Mini Tango Festival events will be at the Hilton Rosemont hotel, 5550 N. River Road in Rosemont, IL, close to the Chicago O'Hare international airport.

Complimentary transportation is available to and from O'Hare International Airport to the hotel for registered guests. Service is available from 4am to 2am daily.

If you fly to Chicago, O'Hare is the airport closest to the event and you will not need a car if you fly to O'Hare. Below you'll find directions from Midway and from Downtown.

Options from Midway Airport:

Continental Airport Express. Transportation between Midway and O'Hare Airports. Call 773-247-1200 for times and cost. (www.airportexpress.com)

Omega Airport Shuttle. Runs every hour from 7:00a-10:00p between Midway and O'Hare Airports. At Midway, pick up is at door M1. Call 773-483-6634. Approx cost: $16.00/person. (www.omegashuttle.com)

Taxi. Cost is approx. $65.00 from Midway to Hilton

Public Transportation (CTA):

From O'Hare: One block south of the BLUE LINE train stop at Rosemont. The Blue Line also connects O'Hare Airport to downtown Chicago. The Hilton Rosemont Hotel is only 30 minutes from downtown Chicago!

From Midway: Take the ORANGE LINE from Midway. Transfer at CLARK station downtown Chicago, to BLUE LINE train. Get off at the Rosemont stop. Hotel is two blocks south of the train stop.

From Downtown: Take the BLUE LINE direction O'Hare to the Rosemont train stop and the hotel is two blocks south. The Blue Line also connects O'Hare Airport to downtown Chicago. The Hilton Rosemont Hotel is only 30 minutes from downtown Chicago!

Arriving by bus:

Chicago is served by several long houl bus companies (e.g. Greyhound, Megabus, CoachUSA). All have a stop downtown, most of them close to Union Station. Once in Chicago, see the "From Downtown" instructions above. Some Bus lines stop also close to the O'Hare airport, even more convenient to reach the Festival.

Arriving by train (Metra or Amtrack):

Union Station (Amtrak and Metra) and the Oglivie Transportation Center (Metra) are both downtown not too far from the Jackson stop of the BLUE LINE CTA. Once in Chicago, see the "From Downtown" instructions above.

Driving Directions:

Directly off I-90. Take the River Road exit and go south (right) on River Road. The Hilton Rosemont Hotel will bw on the right after 0.3 miles. (Note: Hotel is one mile east of the I-294 and I-90 interchange.)

Parking:

Special parking rate for Festival attendees $5.00/day, $10/day for overnight parking with in-out privileges for registered hotel guests.
